Description

These transformers are impregnated under vacuum pressure up to insulation and class F or H that ensures reliability and long functional life. Ordinary isolation transformers isolate one circuit from another, while magnetically coupling wanted energy from one to other. Such a transformer is adequate for use with low gain circuits or insensitive instruments. However, if the transformers must work into a high gain load or sensitive instrumentation, noise potentials between the primary circuit and ground must be prevented from affecting the secondary circuits due to capacitive and resistive coupling between the transformers windings.

  • Ultra Isolation Transformers are available from 2500VA to 25KVA, Single phase as standard models. For three phase input, Three single phase units can be connected in STAR or DELTA configuration. They are conservatively rated to ensure long life and highest reliability.
